We were contacted by Roy Sanders by phone in July of this year in reference to our Time share in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico, and asked if we wanted to sell the time share, we said yes, he said he had a buyer and offered a very good price. He proceeded to send a contract which we signed, it did have a clause that if we backed out of the contract we were liable for the commission. This company asked us for $5,240.00 to be sent to Mexico. We did not want to do this, but they convinced us that it was to show good faith. Well after many emails and phone calls they requested another $7,000 and that is when we decided that it was something not right, after they offered a reimbursement we never heard from these 2 companies any more.
Despite several emails and phone calls, we have not heard from them or much less see our money back.
