Two charges of $79.99 each have appeared in consecutive months on my credit card although I have no recollection of authorizing such charges. I have contacted the company (their phone number was on my credit card stmt). They acknowledge "cancellation" of what—I don't know, but they "can not" issue a credit to my credit card. I have disputed both charges with my credit card company. Very suspicious and frustrating.
