Received this call today, same story as everyone else. I answered a few questions in a automated survey. Went to their website to log in, but the site did not recognize my information.
Generally I wouldn't give a machine a chance in "speaking" to me, however a friend of mine actually received a cruise last year completing a survey over the phone.
I'd like to get my cruise please or at least the value of the cruise promised as that was the verbal agreement.
