I received a call from (330) area code, was taken through several survey questions (10 If I remember correctly). I was advised that I now qualified for a cruise with Caribbean Cruise line. I was directed to the SurveyCruise.com website, where I verified my email and created a password from the phone call. I was advised that I would receive a phone call from the cruise line. I received numerous missed calls from a 1-800#. Annoying messages stating that I need to call back to claim my cruise. I finally answered a call from "Mac", who started off by asking me why I had not called back. I answered that I made a few attempts and the line was busy. Basically, he lost his temper with me because he asked for my credit card # for port taxes and when I hesitated, he responded, you must have never taken a cruise before blah blah blah, also He got upset further, I explained to him what "Free" meant, and that yes I have 18 months to cruise but other than him sending me an email, what guarantee did I have that this was legit. Based on his temper, he was not. He represents the company: [email protected], who claim to be the actual cruise line. Just don't even take the survey if possible., If you get past the survey don't expect anything, but to be asked to hand over your credit card for $118.00. To some random caller. Please beware, they will get upset and attempt to hurl insults. This is truly a scam.
