Ordered shoes at their website. Never received confirmation or shipping updates. Tried emailing the company without results. Went through Paypal's resolution process and was told that the seller confirmed they had shipped merchandise so claim was "resolved" according to them. Later received small package from China with a shower cap inside. Still no communication with company other than that.
