I have been scammed by this crook on Craigslist. He advertised a shed to be built and I signed the online contract he sent over.initially he sounds like a nice guy so I went with my gut. Turned out to be the worst mistake I ever made! Like many other victims, I too have been stringed along with excuses after excuses from him being in the hospital (several times!), truck broken down, need more time to work, weather, etc you name it, he had it all downpat. I even tried to take him to small claims court but he never acknowledged the summons and did not go to court! Most recently he said he will pay me back but of course nothing. I really really would like for him to STOP getting money from innocent people. $700 is alot of money and if he does this for 10 times? Does this guy have no conscious? If there is any class action suit against this crook, I want to be in on it.
