Received call from company claiming they worked for Windows and my computer was sending major errors to them. They walked me through the process and had me pull up the error reports. I let them in to my computer and while they were working on it, the tech in India went on the Western Union web site and did a full money transfer to India for someone in CA. I saw all the personal information of that person on my screen! Complete Visa card info with security code and all answers to security questions. I immediately cancelled my credit card!!! I fell for it and it cost me $129. I called Geek Squad and they did the same thing to my computer and it doesn't run any faster.
