Son's phone broke had a replacment set out and had to send broken one back. The post office lost the phone. I spent hours trying to track where it was and was on three way phone calls with verizon and post office. I have done everything that they asked me to do. I started getting at least 6 calls a day threating to turn off my phone and texts telling me I had to pay$500.00 for this phone. I have spent hours on the phone begging them to fix the problem. My phone was turned off on many occasion. Come to find out they had the authority all along to take care of the post office themselfs and didn't have to put me threw the confusion (but they still didn't do it). I have expland to many reps what was going on and each time a different person with a different result. This has been 8 months of asking for help. They said I had a payment that didn;y go threw and I needed to go to the bank and fax them statements. I do that they would say it's not the problem I'm behind. I tell them Im not behind a credit didn't go threw and my account is not right. I have asked for investagations but they never called back untill they want to turn my phone off. I have never missed a payment but the harrasment still keeps coming. Yesterday I spent another hour on the phone. The rep told me to go to the bank and get statements and we would be on a conference call at 4pm sharp. I left work early and it's 6pm and no call back. I want them to make it right and get my balance to zero where it should be at.
