I purchased two new laser machines from visagemed deka laser representative on the 26th of july. Portman asset finance arranged finance via jefferson vasconcellos recommendation, the leasing company aurora finance, who paid visagemed directly the money into his account. Mr vasconcellos delivered the two laser equipment on the 6th of september.
The machines were delivered without any packaging or manuel correct documentation. This was reported to visagemed of deka laser about the delivery of second hand used equipment. Mr vasconcellos refused to exchange the machines or refund the money and advised us to do what we want. The finance portman asset have not been able to resolve the above and three weeks have lapsed and nothing has been forthcoming. I have written to trading standards and ombudsman for help. They are working on the case. I have reported the matter to the police. I am loosing lots of money and the company are doing nothing to change the situation.
