JEFFERSON VASCONCELLOS Fraudulent, Liar and deceptive, taken money for new laser machine over 60,000 and delivered second hand used machines, Jefferson refused to exchange them and will not refund the money. He has no mora london

I purchased two new machines with three witness present, Dr Pather, his son and daughter in law on the 26th of July. I was advised that he has ordered two new machines but once the finance was paid by the Portman Asset and Aurora leasing company over 60,000 he then delivered two old used machines that he was doing his demo with and told me that I can do what I want and he will never exchange them or refund the money.,

Eventually the finance company said that he will now exchange only one machine and not the other.
I refuse to accept one new and one old having paid substantial amount of money. The manufacture DEKA are not responding to my concerns and Jefferson is the sole agent in UK for DEKA.

I am very concerned as we are loosing lots of money. The trading standards and Ombudsmen are looking into my complaint.

I have also reported Jefferson to the police for fraud.
