I check my account yesterday morning after receiving my loan from check n go. To my surprise there was a charge for $34 for a return check fee for a $30 check i never wrote nor authorized. I dont even have checks for my checking account. I am totally pissed off! I want my money back! I would like to know how i can go about suing these fraudulent loan people.
