My information was floating online, I do not recall applying for Pacific Advance to service me in any way, I looked at my ckg account last night and saw a debit of $30. And of course it was past contact time, so I called today and first spoke with Carla who insisted on telling me that I could get $100 for gas. I don't have a car, so I said no, just credit my account back. I called again and spoke with Amber who gave the same information as Carla. I was dissatisfied and said all I wanted was my $30.0 back. I have contacted my bank and requested that this transaction is reversed since I did not knowingly authorize it.
