Rip-off, very dishonest, unauthorized payment for a phoney card

My name is carla and i live in birmingham, alabama. I found out last night that a company called platinum gp had took 139.95 out of my account for a phoney card no one wants. They called me about a week ago and i listened gave them my information to get approved and now even after telling them no i have been charged for a card i never wanted.
