I ordered the box set of Third watch on July 28th and have still not received it almost 2 months later, they keep Telling me by a standard worded e. Mail that the goods are in the country.

I e. Mailed them once again suggesting that they claim their insurance and refund my money only to have the same e. Mail sent to me again telling me to wait another week.

I would suggest to anyone buying D.V. D's not to deal with this company.
