We went to Conns to get a washer but end at RAC desk. My husband wasn't sure about getting this new contact with another company. I talk to him and he said ok lets get the pair (washer and dryer). Before we sign all the agreement we ask questions and this was a LEASE TO OWN COMPANY so my HUSBAND DIDN'T WANT IT THE WAY AND THE PAYMENTS WILL BE 36 PAYMENTS OF $200 EACH MONTH. For a total of $5,500. That make us chnge our mind and the same minute we talk to the rac sales representetive who agree on cancel everthing but she already submit our down payment of $360 to the system and wasn't able to give us our money back. Since we were the last costumers of the day. She promise that first thing in the morning she will talk to her manager and give us our refund. Next day she didn't call, Instead she went and deposit our money, when I call her at noon she told me that her manager said that the corporate will send me a check in the following 10-17 days.
They don't have any cash to refund my money. Have 6 kids and a newborn 3 weeks ago. Can be without a washer for 17 days waiting for this people to send me a check.: (
