Don't ever rent nothing from Aaron's Sales&Lease Ownership in Covington Georgia. I was only one day late on my payment of $57.15 and the general manager Jason at Aaron's called me up harassing me the next morning on April 2. Jason was very mean and ignorant towards me and he told me that I should have called the store to let him know that I was going to be late on my payment. I tried to talk to him nice and calm but he was talking to me like I was a child and he was disrespectful. I told him that I was not even five days late and he told me that he did not care and what the contract stated. I told him that I am a stay at home mom with three small children and my husband had lost his job. Jason told me that he did not care and that it was his job to collect the money as he was yelling and screaming at me. I hung the phone up on him and he kept calling my house over 10 times in a row. I told my husband and my husband told him that he would call the corporate office on him. So, I called corporate and they told me to talk to the vice president's assisitant. She did not call me back until two days later and I told her everything that had happened, including how Jason was harassing my husband and I. She told me that she was sorry for his rude behavoir and that she would call the owner of the Aaron's Store in Covington to make sure that Jason took some customer care classes. I was still not pleased with this outcome. I told the vice president's assisitant to send someone to come and pick up the washer and the dryer because I was not going to put money into someone's pocket's that was rude and ignorant towards my husband and I. So, they sent Joe from the store to come and pick it up by himself. That was a bad move because my husband had to help the guy Joe take the washer and dryer down the stairs and my husband has a herniated disk in his back and he get's alot of back pain. Now his back hurts from helping Joe out. Joe also told my husband and I that Jason think's that it is funny when he get's into an argument with a customer. Joe said that Jason had recorded a phone conversation that he had with a customer and the women was cursing him out and he got a kick out of it because he let all of his co - workers listen to the conversation. I thought that was very unprofessional of Jason and immature. On April 15, Jason had the nerve to send my husband a bill of 411.85 and saying that it is the final balance to complete our minimum lease term obligation. I could not believe it after the way Jason harrassed us and treated us like dirt. My husband is not going to pay them 411.85 because of everything that Jason did and we did not even keep the washer and the dryer. This was bad business and I would not recommend Aaron's to anyone.
