Took $3000 for loan modification. Guaranteed reduction of interest rate from 6 3/8% to below 4%. We were compliant in providing all necessary documentation, pay stubs, tax returns, etc. He finally filed the modification in August. We got denials from lender in September. He insisted we could still get a modification and submitted again. After 18 months loan modification was denied because we were current with payments. I asked for a refund and he referred me to a phone number that didn't know who he was. Would love to get this guy and his company shut down.
