Started an order for sample on 6/30 which was a charge of 2.95, but decided against it because of the future charge. I did received an email from the company that there was a problem completing the order and to place it again. I responded to them that the order was not completed on my end. I checked my checking account and found that they had charged the 2.95... I never received the product. I emailed my bank to not pay the charge because of faud... But too late it was paid. Well I thought lesson learned. I forgot the 2.95, a couple weeks later my account was charged 89.95 and that's a whole lot of money. To this date I have not received any product, either the trail size or actual size. I have called several time and have talked with a customer service person who follows a script... Saying there isn't a supervisor I can talk to... They have a US Mail # to track the trial size... Apparently has gone somewhere. But not to me. No tracking # for the larger size so I figured it hasn't been sent, because I did cancel any future shipments. But I'm out 92.90 and have not received anything to return for credit
