Dear friends & weddingtrail.com,
A few months ago I also had a bad experience with weddingtrail.com. I didn't complain to them because I knew that China is so far, and I was afraid that if I returned the dress they would not refund me and I would lose out all together. I don't trust this site, and no one should. I'm writing because I feel I did get ripped off, and unfortunately, I lost about $300 for nothing. The dress they sent me is a very bad version of the photo. Obviously I didn’t think that those photos are the real deal since they probably are taken off of real designer websites, but I thought I'd take the chance. Well, my dress arrived the wrong color, bad fit, and the quality is very cheap looking. I can only warn you guys, and even share this with the website so they know that there will be other consumers out there that will feel fooled. A tip: maybe you can take photos of the actual dresses your company makes, and larger detail photos so people don't think they're getting the dress that's in your photos.
