There was a train in Frankfort, IL that was passing the intersections of Sauk Trail and Pfiffer Road. It started at 3:51P.M. And did not finish until 4:12P.M. The conductor was going very slow beside he timed his arrival at the same time Chelsea Intermediate School was leaving school. As residents, we were told that the train was not allowed to operate its massive train cars during school hours and it was not suppose to be more that 5 minutes in duration.
