I am adding my scam complaint to the others listed here. I too understood the agreement to be a $4.95 investment, and was surprised to see that two weeks later, my credit card was charged an additional $99.67. I phoned Bright Safe Cigs today and advised them I would be returning the unused product and expect a full refund. I phoned my bank to report them, and also plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida State Attorney General. My problem now is that the person I spoke with assured me he would be sending an email with a return address for the product. I have not received that and wondered if anyone knows what the return address is for this company?
