I purchased a vehicle from them and they said that it had the engine replaced, along with the transmission. When I paid for the car and brought it home, the receipt that they had showed me regarding the engine and transmission was not in the pile of receipts they gave me. Then when I went to register the vehicle with CA DMV, I was told it was the sellers responsibility to smog the car. I went to get it smogged and it failed as a gross polluter. To get the car to pass I have spent over $900 and it still can not pass smog. I was also told that it is the original engine and transmission and that the wiring is "mickey mouse". I have tried several times to contact the seller and they are refusing to acknowledge any problem with the car and refuse to pay. Since then I have seen several cars around town with their phone number on them for sale. Who do I call to report them as they can have this piece of crap car back and I want my money back plus the money I have paid to try to get it to pass smog.
