I wanted to buy a box of Cinnamon Captain Crunch. There were none left. I noticed that it was on sale for $1.88. I asked the customer service person if I can have a rain check since there were none on the shelves and tomorrow is the last day of the sale. She said that I could not get a rain check because it was an in store sale.
This Waldbaums is notorius for not having sale items even those in the circular. This is not the first time that I could not get a sale item. I tried to call the manager and no one picks up the phone. I'm not asking for any money but want The Department of Consumer Affairs to know about Waldbaums tactics to get people in the store.
