I Was a Victim of Scammed About 4 Years Ago

I was selling 4 chromes wheels online and I received a response from "Joe" showing interest on them. Here is the email that I received from him

Thanks for your prompt reply, hows life with you? $700 is ok with me. You see, since I'm out of state for business trip, Ive already spoken to my shipper and he say's he'll be needing $800 to ship this Chrome Wheels to me and my other goods. Please also send some pictures along. Here is the deal, Ill send you a money order for $1539 which when you cash, youll collect your money for the Chrome Wheels, you can collect an extra $39 for your expenses to help send the balance to my shipper via western union money transfer, hope I can trust you on this? Ill send his details along with the money order. If this is ok by you, kindly send your full name and address, tel. No and fax no., so that i can send the money order to you as soon as possible.
