Pat Curran took posession of our wheels on July 23. He had already taken our payment for the chroming on July 14th. On July 23 he charged additional unauthorized charges to our account. We finally got our bank involved and they are trying to get that money back for us. Since that day he will not answer our phone calls, he only infrequently replies to our emails giving us lies and excuses.
We realized we were being screwed when he wouldn't return calls or emails after he received our payment and now its only gotten worse. We were originally told that we would have the wheels by August. He kept telling us the wheels were done, and finally sent us pictures of the completed wheels, but won't send the actual wheels to us. He kept promising us a tracking number, but he doesn't follow through. For three months now we've been told that the wheels will ship "by next week."
Our last correspondence from him again said we would have our wheels, but we haven't gotten the wheels and now we can't reach Pat. We will do whatever we need to do to track down our wheels. Anyone considering doing business with this company - DON'T DO IT! Please warn everyone you know that this is truly a rip-off company, and you may never see your items again if you send them here to be chromed. This guy is a crook!!!
