I purchased the MicroModel Business and was very unsatisfied. I asked for help, but received no response. I requested a refund and was told it would take 7 to 10 days. Still after 4 weeks, numerous calls, emails, and tickets, I have not received my refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal and an investigation has been initiated.
