I got a call from microsoft telling me i needed to get rid of all theese viruses because my conmputer was frozen up, and at the time it was. The company told me they would fix my computer on-line without any help from my side. They billed me $230.00 to fix theese problems. My computer was "unfrozen" when after they fixed it, but I also noticed all kinds of strange pop-ups, that I had never noticed before. I learned later, that the logmein website is not legitimate.
