I order a door seal for my freezer, when it arrived I removed the old and fitted the new, only to find it did not fill the space between the door and the freezer, and did not form a seal, that required.
I removed the new put it back in the packet, and fitted the old approx only a 10minute job.
Hotpoint insist I pay for a service engineer to call and fit the seal that not suitable,
All I require they have there goods returned and refund my payment of £37-91
