On July 31st an add came up for Bed Defence and I ordered the FREE trial offer for $3.95 S.& H. This was suppose to be all it cost. Apparently I was wrong. My Daughter warned me that sometimes these trial offers are not free, as advertised, when we were recently discussing this product. Told me to beware they can try to charge your account. Was she ever right on the money! To my surprise and completely unauthorized, Bed Defence charged my checking account $ 41.95 on September 4th. I found out when I called the bank to get a run down of my account transactions, which I frequently do. I was very mad that they did this. They had no right. The product did not work at all, so this is a complete rip-off. I want to stop them from doing this again, but I do not know how since I do not have the original paper sent with it, only kept the envelope it came with. I will be informing my bank to stop any further payments to them. Want to cancel any further shipments but need a way to contact them. The address above is an in C/O Shipping Department one, do not know where it originated from. Let others out there know not to order this product.
