I thought I was ordering from the "official site" the ad on TV said buy one and get one free. When I ordered on this site it was one for 12.99 and the second for 9.99. Then in the ordering process a pop up came up and said I could get a special 2 for 19.98. So I ordered that and tried to get back to my cart to change my order, but my order was placed for 3 lanterns for 65.00 and change. I called immediatly to cancel but was told it wasn't in the system yet and to call back tomorrow which I did and was told the same thing. I called back the next day and was told again it wasn't in the system and I was adamant that I didn't want these to ship and I didn't want to be charged. The operator told me she would "flag" my account so that wouldn't happen. I thought it was taken care of until I checked my checking account a few days later and saw the money had been taken out. I called again and argued with the manager for about 15 minutes and he said no one could flag my account. I could send them back and get my money back then. I told him I did what I was supposed to do to cancel the order and I wanted my money now. He said he would give me a 10.00 refund and I could return them and get my money back. I sold them to my mother. This website is a scam and I told him so. I found the real websit tonight and you do get 2 for 12.99 as the ad on TV states.
