Employed in the Amalgamated bank From. November 1974 to June.
Before June the Amalgamated bank decided to make some changed. The asked me to retire early.
After all back and forth, she told and agree that when she (JYOTI) retire as a agreement and condition of acceptance, they will not remove change or stop any and all the benefits including all the health benefits that ware given to her and her husband for rest of the life they are leave.
They terminated all such benefits from august 1st 2011. Since then me and my husband do not have those benefits. This act was against their written assurance of that they will not be changed alter or removed, before that acceptance and as a part of the condition of retirement that I accepted during the retirement acceptance.

There are many such employed people in this company and many hundreds of other companies have been hurt by similar act by these companies. A mass action may be needed to help all such people through the USA.
The dollar amount is unspecified. How ever because i can not able to write that i have written some amount which is not applicable it can be in millions or more if all employed persons who are got hurt it may be a class compliant for all to gather. But short and simple we need help please help. I am 70 and my husband is 73.
