I downloaded a software claiming to convert Virtapay balances into actual cash.in order to get the password you must pay $10. I downloaded the software and waited a couple of days for my password to arrive. I never received any information from Manoj. I then filed a complaint with Paypal. This individual said they sent it. I never received it. I escalated the claim to Paypal. I am not going to let this die. I'm tired of scam artists on the internet!
