I believe Experian is intentionally deceiving users of their website and causing them to sign up for a monthly membership they do not want. I was charged $17.95 for a membership I did not want. When I phoned them, they tried to reduce the price and would not refund the charge. I asked for a supervisor, and then after 5 mins of silence, the rep gave me a refund. They definitely took advantage of me as a customer. This is suicide for a business!!!
