Complaint / Review
MS Marketing Ltd (Dead Sea Kit.com)
Consumer Report

It appears that Dead Sea Kit marketed globally via MS Marketing Limited is TOTAL scam. It is quite clever and has been clearly designed to appear within the law thus placing the person with a degree of difficulty in seeking funds wrongly debited.in their original offer for a free sample pack on payment of the postage only - there is no mention of the terms nad conditions in accepting this offer. After receiving the sample pack new goods are then shipped every 4 weeks and charges of GBP50 (US$85) and payment is automatically debited to your credit account.in ticking the box to receive the sample pack there is no inclusion of the Terms & Conditons. However by ticking the box (for the free samples) you are also sanctioning the supply of further goods delivered on a monthly basis which they call Autorefill. However, when complaint is made MS Marketing claim that the Terms & Conditions were approved by the person when initating the sample pack and that the Terms & Conditions were stated when ordering the sample pack. This is a total lie. This is the 'trick' or if you prefer scam. And then on receiving the 1st shipment you make complaint they state that a credit will be made once the products are returned to of all places Israel. Only then will a credit be given. And only if these are returned within 14-days of receipt. The other trick employed is to debit your credit card and then, some days later make shipment thus reducing the period in which to complain / post/return the goods. The trick of returning all goods to the Israeli address is very sly. The Isreali address is also very dubious. Goods received at the Israeli address are ignored thus making a payment liable. The Israeli office is in a low cost suspect district and according to local individuals has very few visitors and post sacks are often left on the doorstop for days. Under EEC regulations it is illegal to insist that goods supplied to an EEC address be returned (for whatever reason) to a non EEC address.in addition, the product description on each item totally falls below EEC regulations and in fact, particularly for facial creams is a very serious offence liable to prison and fines up to Euros 200K or more and 5-years. The whole operation is a total scam and is now under investigation throughout Europe and the USA. The UK authorities are considering bringing full legal action against DS Marekting. The London Registered Offices of that company are a merely that of a company forming agency who are under no obligation to forward correspondence to the true owner/directors of the company. There are also serious VAT issues currently being investigated by the UK Inland Revenue. Any person considering dealing with this company should take notice of the above and are advised not to proceed. The products themselves are also unproven and early testing indicates that other than cheap cold cream benefit offer no advantage over products sold for much less and available at most supermarkets and other vendors. You have been warned.
