In October I had Wenzlick Patio & Awning, located in Flushing Michigan, build me a Michigan room on the back of my house. 8 years later the roof is still leaking and has leaked since day one. Over the years I have made 30 long distance calls regarding this and at first they did respond. Since 2008 they have been unresponsive to my calls, promising me they would be out but didn't show. I filed a complaint with the BBB but Wenzlick did not respond.
