I thought I called HP Support, they told me lies about fixing my printer, sold me life time driver updates, accessed my computer and supposedly fixed 65,000 virus, & other problems, installed software, which I have been told is free on the internet. Did not fix my printer for faxing as he said. $49.00 for the driver and $159.00 for the softeware with lifetime support. I have phone #'s, but no one answers.
