I ordered the free trial of Bellaplex & gave my Mastercard details. I never received the product & was amazed & angry to find on my bank statement that they had charged me twice. I rang up to complain & the lady just kept laughing. I have had to change my bank card number as this company is a scam & will keep taking your money out of your account. The add is false & they use the same lady with the same story in different places in N.Z. This lady has had a face lift.
