I do not recall the dates or the time as I was led to believe the issue was resolved.
But here is the case, I purchased a new window to replace a broken window in my home, They sent a guy out he measured the window and gave me a contract to sign, He explained the window was a special order ad even though it was a small window it would cost $600,00 or more, with some reservation I signed the contract. Some time latter they called and made a appointment to install the new window On the appointed date I sat home all day and no one showed up, I called them and they had changed the date so again
I sat home waiting for them to show up, no good they never came, so now my front room is soaked from rain and when I called the manager at the local Home depot he never came to the phone, So in desperation I took out the broken glass and frame had another company put in a new glass for $35,00
Home depot called and demanded I pay for the new window I said I will pay for the window being made but not the installation because it never happened, and I want the new window If I pay for it Now they are still sending me statement on late fees etc, I always liked this Co but now I’m can not believe my ears or eyes, The local store manager is no where to be found, I dont have the window and I dont have the instalation why should I pay for it???
