I signed up with directpath for directtv service at the end of august and within the week the service was interrupted and had to have technicians out to service. After multiple technician visits and no resolution I wanted to cancel my service. I would create a ticket for the time without service and it took about 2 months to obtain credit for the dates without service. A technician replaced our hd receiver and took the old box, which I later found out was not procedure when i received a box from directtv and fee for not returning the receiver. I have created multiple "tickets" to resolve the issue which i was supposed to receive a call back within 3 to 5 business days. "tickets" were created on dec 10,12 and 16 of 2012 and my first call back from corporate was on dec 30 from beverly where she hung up the phone after telling me that the technician said he did not take the receiver and he has worked there for many years. I called back and the team stated that on the system i had disconnected or "hung up on her".

Very upset with the customer service and how they follow up on issues.
