On Aug. 19 I purchased a watch online at www.9watch9.com. My credit card was charged right away but the order status has been "Processing" since the day of purchace.
The vendor has not responded to any of my inquiries. The website says that there is "live chat" available with customer service, but there are no links to live chat.
Only after I submitted a dispute claim to PayPal, they provided a tracking number (not to me but to the PayPal resolution center).
I finally received a package (more than 3 weeks later) BUT... The item is COMLETELY DIFFERENT... They sent me a WORTHLESS PIECE OF PLASTIC JUNK that most likely came out of a gumball machine and is not worth the cellophane wrapper it was in.
The only reason I trusted that website initially was because of its association with PayPal. But now I am 100% convinced that this is a fake website and that it was a SCAM.
