I also ordered a pair of shoes from playbeautyme.com paying with Paypal, believing Paypal was a safe site. I also received a small envelope from China with a flexible pencil. I opened dispute with Paypal, never could respond to Paypal with information, found working in the resolution center, awful. I finally was told by Paypal to send item back & provide tracking information to Paypal. This was done on 11/20. I was told to wait until 12/8, upon that date they needed further time. On 12/13 I received notification my case was closed as information wasinvalid; which it was not. I waited on the phone for 33 minutes to speak to Paypal customer service to find out that I need to contact USPS and have them update their website. Website shows the package was received at customs on 11/25, but since their website is not updated they closed my account with no refund. I now need to contact USPS to have them update their website or request verification of delivery. This is a scam and I will no longer work with Paypal in any way.
