Some low life thief got my bank info from a check of mine & since the checks have NAME, ROUTING NUMBER & ACCOUNT NUMBER... The low life thief withdrew $1104.00 in a few hours... Xoom.com should have a more stringent rules for verification purposes. This happened in TEXAS on 9/4
