Part of my order in May was lost, so I had to email several times to get that dealt with, then the person that did actually help me threw out an unsolicited offer to give me 15% off on an entire order in the future... When I went to cash in on that... Amnesia set in. I hate nothing more than a bunch of liars who will say anything just to get someone to go away!
