We purchased a fresh over million-dollar house from Normal Pacific. We discovered that's wasn't created to Town Rule - it's uncovered and rusty encouragement rebar all-along the inspiration ground.By City Rule this metal must be-at least 3" within the cement. They'll not tackle or evaluate this building problem correctly. Their "repair" would be to place "decay-o-leum" onto it.
