Description of Complaint:
Dear Magdi, Re: Immigration Papers For Magda AbdelSattar Moustafa SaidOn April 27, I, paid you $570.00 dollars by United States Postal Service Money #19955616930 and sent you all of the papers information you requested for a petition and affidavit visa for my wife Magda Abdelsattar Moustafa Said. All information was FedEX to you tracking#800094572395. Unfortunately, your service was inadequate because, per our convocations you informed me that after three days from the time you receive the papers and money you would have all paperwork ready for me to sign and then send to office of homeland security for processing. I am disappointed because, your services was misrepresented, I have called you many times you don't return my phone calls. I also e-mail you many times noting works i've done all I can to reach you to resolve these matters to no-end. It has been four and half months now. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you finishing all paperwork, as soon as possible contacting me along the way with up dates as to were my case is in the process per our agreement. Enclosed are copies of my records: I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until (7 days from the date of this letter Sept. 13th) before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.
