I have been reading the complaints against Precision Induction. The person that corresponded was Maria C. It has become apparent to me that they are sending out a generic answer to everyone. What a shame my husband really like the cooktop. However seeing that they are not remeding the situations. It is apparent that any kind of wuarentees ar nil and void. Good thing though if you decide to deal with them put it on a payment plan. I didn't think the shipment was unreasonable as the product weigh 30 pounds. We will be sending it back shortly. We have tried to contact the company by phone and email. They responded to one email and nothing since then. If anyone from the company is reading this just tell people the truth. Don't promise that you will take care of something and do nothing.
