I have also been charged 75.00 for a free trial. You just cannot get them to give an explanation as you cannot get through to them. Also the 14 days trial period does not exist as my account was debited prior to the 14 days. I have now sent an e-mail to cancel and also advised my account holder not to pay out any more funds.
