I purchased a sample face cream for £3.95 gave my debit card details, they took that payment, then 3 weeks later they took £59.95 from the same account without my authorization, T&C stated that they would take this amount for further orders, I didn't reorder anything. I am trying to recover this amount with my bank investigating my claim, this money was taken without my permission so as far as I'm concerned it's THEFT!!!
