I used this company for two months, when I went to move out of my CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit some of the boxes showed signs of water damage (which is covered by the insurance company). But the insurance company wouldn't pay. I talked to the the storage facility and they said that they couldn't do anything to help me. I talked to the staff on sight and discovered that the dehumidifier in my building was broken and had been for months. That other people have had their things get wet and in fact that the company only rents out "air" and that they are not making any promises that your possessions are going to be reasonably safe. The walls and that cameras and the roof are just there so you will buy their "air" and not some other storage company. We also got locked in. After 10pm if you don't pay extra for around the clock access you can get locked in by the main gate all night. Which is made worse if you need to get your rental back by a certain time or else pay for a second days use. You can get around this gate however by simply pushing a button on the back of the gates motor housing. It come right up I guess a security code isn't necessary after all. All you need is that knowledge and a pair of bolt cutters to clean out your unit. Although they may have cameras don't count on them being recorded. I will never use this company again.
