I made a trade with Al Meyer Ford dealership in Lufkin Texas. I traded my 2011 Mustang for a 2009 Escape. First they gave me a trade value on my Mustang at $18,500. The salesman Mat told me the Escape was priced at $18,500. When I looked at all the advertisements on the Escape that I traded for it was listed at $16,495. I contacted the dealership and talked to 2 managers (Paul and Mark), they refused to honor the price difference and they refused to let me speak with the top manager (Carl) or the owner of the dealership. I want the $2,005. That is owed to me.
